Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to drive channel growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global DTC marketing strategy to drive large-scale channel growth and measure ROI
- Oversee analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance the consumer experience in onboarding and drive online web presence
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue
- Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans to drive adoption and revenue
- Lead our agency partners and ensure seamless collaboration
- Several years of experience in fast-paced environments, such as top-performing start-ups, scale-ups, or online marketing agencies
- In-depth understanding of digital and mobile marketing practices, including SEO/SEM, sales, conversion, amplification, and ROI/economic value of investments
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to translate business requirements across divisions, languages, and cultures
- Copywriting and editing skills, with a passion for leadership and growth
- Courage to take risks, make decisions, and delegate successful initiatives
- Fluency in English (min C1-C2)
- True ownership and autonomy to drive marketing efforts and shape the company's growth
