- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing- und Vertriebsteams unserer Hotelmarken
- Steuerung der Paid Media Strategien und Budgetplanung
- Optimierung der Website-Performance und User Experience
- Implementierung von CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Tools
- Überwachung der Markttrends und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Führung und Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken Digital-Marketing-Teams
- Analyse und Reporting der digitalen Marketingmaßnahmen
- Management von externen Agenturen und Dienstleistern
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, idealerweise im Hospitality-Bereich oder bei Multi-Marken-Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen SEO, SEA, Social Media, Content-Marketing, Performance-Marketing und CRM
- Erfahrung im Management von komplexen digitalen Projekten und Teams
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Web-Analytics-Tools
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
