Your Responsibilities

As a Compliance Manager, you will be an integral part of the Compliance Team at 360 Treasury Systems AG, dedicated to fostering a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization.

You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in the following areas:
Development, assessment, and upkeep of the compliance strategy for 360T. Drafting and revising compliance manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Ensuring thorough documentation of all critical compliance activities. Establishing and routinely reviewing compliance-related documentation. Keeping abreast of changes in the legal landscape and evaluating their implications for 360T. Monitoring compliance with relevant prudential regulations. Educating and training staff on applicable compliance laws and regulations. Overseeing the outsourcing function in accordance with the established outsourcing policy. Providing regular updates to the executive and supervisory boards. Engaging in compliance training and enhancing professional skills to become a proficient compliance expert, such as obtaining ACAMs or CISI certifications.

Your Profile

Master’s degree in law, business administration, or finance. 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, management consulting, auditing, internal audit, or regulatory oversight of financial institutions. In-depth understanding of the relevant regulatory framework and its implementation in German law (MaComp; MaRisk, GWG, AUA, WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR, etc.). Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Strong database management skills, including advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, and statistical analysis. Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. Ability to perform under pressure. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
