Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the Compliance Team at 360 Treasury Systems AG, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer with the following tasks:
Development, evaluation, and upkeep of the compliance strategy for 360T. Creation of compliance manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Comprehensive documentation of all critical compliance activities. Regular assessment and revision of compliance-related documentation. Monitoring changes in the legal landscape and assessing their implications for 360T. Oversight of compliance-related regulatory requirements. Educating and training staff on relevant compliance laws and regulations. Management of the outsourcing oversight function in line with the established outsourcing policy. Periodic reporting to the executive and supervisory boards. Engaging in compliance training and enhancing professional expertise to become a proficient compliance practitioner, such as obtaining ACAMs or CISI qualifications.
Your Profile
Master’s degree in law, business administration, or finance. 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, management consulting, auditing, internal auditing, or regulatory oversight of financial institutions. In-depth understanding of the regulatory framework and its implementation in German law (MaComp; MaRisk, GWG, AUA, WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR, etc.). Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Strong database management skills, including experience with complex data sets, pivot tables, and advanced statistical functions. Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.Our Offer
