Key Responsibilities:
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee logistics and supply chain activities during the project execution phase, including defining drums and transport specifications.
- Manage logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
RfQ Management:
- Manage the Request for Quotation process to secure necessary materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure technical alignment and meet project requirements.
Supplier Alignment:
- Ensure technical alignment with suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- German speaker and proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
