About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Group Logistics Expert to join our team at Intersnack. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining harmonized logistics management standards across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group-wide logistics management standards, including policies, processes, and systems.
- Drive business performance improvements by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead capability building across the group, providing training and coaching to ensure expertise in logistics management.
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain alignment and collaboration across the group.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in the FMCG sector in a multi-market European region environment.
- Experience in managing customer order fulfillment processes, with a focus on warehousing and distribution/transportation operations.
- Knowledge of EU regulations and policies for the logistics sector.
- Knowledge of Lean Management concepts and techniques for waste/loss elimination and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization.
