About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as an Inhouse IT Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second level support, troubleshooting, and fault clearance, as well as administering and configuring client and server environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Administer and configure client and server environments, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Azure
  • Manage and maintain our SharePoint sites
  • Support the introduction, support, improvement, and documentation of new and existing software, tools, and hardware
  • Communicate proactively with internal departments and teams
Requirements
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field described above
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows services, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
