About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inhouse IT Administrator to join our team at Proemion. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first and second level support, troubleshooting, and fault clearance. Your responsibilities will also include the administration, installation, and configuration of client and server environments, as well as the administration of our IT network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level support for IT-related issues
  • Administer, install, and configure client and server environments
  • Manage our Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environment
  • Maintain and design our SharePoint sites
  • Act independently in day-to-day operations and coordinate upcoming tasks within our internal ticket system
  • Communicate proactively with internal departments and teams
Requirements
  • A successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field described above
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows services, and Microsoft Azure
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office products
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
