We take a holistic approach to recruiting, focusing on building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates. Our team of experts works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive success.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Co-Founder to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing our long-term strategy and building a high-performing team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder, Florian, to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our long-term strategy in collaboration with Florian
  • Build and lead a high-performing team as a Co-Founder
  • Drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and initiatives
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the recruiting space, preferably with a strong talent network in the startup industry
  • Early-stage mindset and experience with the early-stage hustle of a startup
  • Fascination with technology and its potential to improve recruiting processes
  • Strong 'getting things done' mentality and pragmatism
  • Motivation to build sustainable recruiting products that help promising startups succeed
  • Fluency in English and German
