What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing our long-term strategy, building our team, and driving our growth. If you have a passion for recruiting, a strong network in the startup industry, and a willingness to experiment and innovate, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our long-term strategy in collaboration with our founder
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters and business development professionals
  • Identify and secure top talent for our clients, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in the recruiting space
  • Drive business growth through innovative recruitment strategies and partnerships
