What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing our long-term strategy and building a high-performing team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder, Florian, to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our long-term strategy in collaboration with Florian
  • Build and lead a high-performing team as a Co-Founder
  • Identify and secure top talent for our clients through innovative recruiting methods
  • Collaborate with our team to drive growth and innovation
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the recruiting space, preferably with a strong talent network in the startup industry
  • Early-stage mindset and experience with the early-stage hustle of a startup
  • Fascination with technology and its potential to improve recruiting processes
  • Strong 'getting things done' mentality and pragmatism
  • Motivation to build sustainable recruiting products that help promising startups succeed
  • Fluency in English and German
