Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. You will work closely with our VP People and internal Hiring Managers to drive our talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Projects
    • Contribute to the development and execution of our overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
    • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new initiatives to improve the employee experience
  • Recruiting & Employer Branding
    • Establish and execute a best-in-class recruiting process, including the implementation of our toolset
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers to achieve the best candidate experience
    • Implement and execute active sourcing strategies and outbound contacts to potential talent to build a high-class talent pool
    • Drive our Employer Branding activities together with our Marketing team to position our company as an employer of choice
  • Culture & Employee Engagement
    • Lead internal projects to promote a vibrant company culture and foster a sense of community
    • Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events, workshops, and social activities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a people management or HR generalist role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview practices and evaluation methods
  • Applied experience with different technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems, technical assessment platforms, and active sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to foster change in a collaborative way
  • Enthusiasm about diving into new challenges and taking our growth to a new level
  • Motivated, team-oriented, proactive, structured, and analytical approach to work
