Job Title: Head of D&I and Employee Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement initiatives. As the Head of D&I and Employee Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a culture of inclusion and engagement across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement D&I and employee engagement strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with global C-level executives, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders to align expectations and strategies for D&I and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize briefings, workshops, and sessions for key stakeholders to ensure alignment on D&I and employee engagement goals, timelines, and objectives.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on survey feedback, CSRD reports, and DAB 24/26 strategies.
  • Lead the ERG Tool Procurement to ensure employee resource groups (ERGs) have the right tools to foster inclusion and engagement.
  • Develop a comprehensive Peakon Manager Toolkit and training sessions to equip managers with the necessary tools, guidance, and best practices for utilizing survey insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to automate data integration processes for our global entities, ensuring seamless data flow into the Peakon platform.
  • Lead the global Educational Campaign - 'Did You Know', promoting awareness of key D&I initiatives and engagement practices across the company.
  • Develop and refine the Broader DE&I Strategy, ensuring alignment with global goals and promoting diversity and inclusion across all regions.
  • Contribute to ERG Strategy Development to enhance the effectiveness of Employee Resource Groups globally.
  • Engage with the Works Council to ensure compliance and alignment on engagement and D&I practices.
  • Respond to ad hoc training requests globally, particularly focused on D&I and employee engagement, ensuring that all content aligns with strategic objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with Peakon or similar employee engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
