Head of Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement initiatives. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement across our global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
- Lead the design and execution of employee engagement surveys and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and managers on diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, or a related role.
- Strong experience with Peakon or similar employee engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.
