In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and formulating product strategies for sales management.
- Translating business requirements into actionable features as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
- Comprehending and interpreting store needs to establish actionable product requirements.
- Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on input from stakeholders, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conducting regular sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Aligning priorities and dependencies across the organization with the Product Owners of other areas and departments.
- Tracking product performance metrics and measuring the success of implemented solutions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a product owner role or similar customer-centric position.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS) and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management platforms.
- Knowledge of back-office operations in retail stores is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
