Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fuhrparkleiter (m/w/d) für unsere Logistikabteilung.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Fuhrpark mit einer eigenen Flotte und Betreuung des Fahrerpersonals
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
  • Technische Instandhaltung der Fahrzeuge und Überwachung von Fristen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für die Abteilung Disposition und weitere Dienstleister
  • Bereitstellung von Fahrzeugen und Prozessoptimierung
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im speditionellen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fuhrparkleitung oder Werkstattleitung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
