Administrative Support Specialist to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant at Turn Energy GmbH, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, fostering a productive work environment that supports our team in achieving their goals. Your mission is to support the management team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

Administrative Support:

  • Support staff by providing information, resolving operational problems, and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in developing and enforcing office protocols.
  • Liaise with IT support to ensure office technology is functioning properly and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Turn Energy GmbH has developed a technology to produce renewable natural gas from green hydrogen and CO2. Renewable natural gas is CO2 neutral and 100% compatible to the existing natural gas infrastructure, so that you can use the 2M gas pipeline kilometers, the 1000TWh of natural gas storages and the existing customer infrastructure of burners and furnaces without any modification.
