Job Title: Subsurface Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Subsurface Procurement Manager to join our team at Kimberlite Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for subsurface categories, including drilling rigs, decommissioning services, and OCTG.
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study (economics, engineering, law) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a position as a strategic buyer (procurement/supply chain) or alternatively substantial experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and systematic approach to work.
  • Comprehensive knowledge/understanding of markets and categories in the subsurface area.
  • Fluent in English.
