About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Partnerships & Value Creation team at UnternehmerTUM. As a Junior Venture Creation Analyst Intern or Working Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our founders and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management – You will optimize and streamline our internal founder data and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Value Creation – You will support our founders in business development, onboarding, and education, driving growth and innovation.
  • Partnerships – You will establish and manage relationships with C-Level executives of our corporate partners, fostering strategic collaborations.
  • Knowledge Management – You will lead project streams to build our knowledge database, driving insights and best practices.

About the Program

As part of our condensed apprenticeship program, you will learn the craft of venture capital at the heart of Munich's startup scene. The program includes:

  • Deal sourcing
  • Deal evaluation and due diligence
  • Investment process
  • Portfolio support

Requirements

  • You are currently studying a graduate degree with good results at a university – we welcome diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Preferred: First practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity, or consulting, with a focus on business development.
  • First experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are passionate about startups, technology, and innovation.
  • You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative – a true team player.
  • You have a high level of intellectual curiosity and a self-starter and growth mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German are a plus.
