About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at Uniper. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models with ETL pipelines and architectures that meet the operational business lines in the COO area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop data models solutions that meet those requirements
- Define and document data standards, data policies, and data governance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data assets in the operational business lines
- Manage the entire data lifecycle, including data modeling, database design, data integration, data quality, and data security
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure that data architectures and models are implemented correctly
- Ensure that the data governance framework of Uniper is followed in the COO area
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field
- At least 10 years of working experience in a data engineering, ETL/ELT processes and preferably working as a Senior Data architect in a fast-paced and complex business setting
- Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way
- Demonstrated experience building and developing ETL pipelines, dimensional data models, and data warehouse solutions
- Microsoft MCP Solution Architect, Snowpro Core certification, Snowpro Advanced Architect
