Flink is revolutionizing the way people buy their groceries, and we're looking for a talented Associate Product Director to join our team. As a key member of our consumer domain, you will play a crucial role in setting the product vision and strategy that drives our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product within the consumer domain.
- Build and iterate on a top-notch user experience that meets the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
- Recruit and grow a high-performing team of product managers.
- Lead and coach a team of product managers to achieve their full potential.
- Influence and drive change in the creation and development of a digital product in an operations-heavy company.
- Identify and improve ways of working, both within and across teams and functions.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of owning new feature launches from start to finish.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing teams.
- Experience working on UX, design, and experimentation, with a strong understanding of user empathy and awareness.
- Previous experience in leading and managing product teams, creating a product roadmap and strategy, and driving business growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in statistics, maths, economics, or computer science.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with strong user empathy and awareness motivated by qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Competent in statistics, with the ability to design experiments and correctly interpret results.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
