Product Strategy Director

At GameDuell, we're seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Director to drive the growth and success of our web and mobile games portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in product strategy and roadmapping to inform our product development decisions and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps that align with our overall business strategy
- Collaborate closely with producers to ensure new features meet our product vision and business objectives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development decisions
- Oversee the development and optimization of acquisition strategies, engagement loops, and monetization models to drive business growth
- Craft compelling business cases for new and existing products and features to drive strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the games industry, particularly in free-to-play (F2P) models
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bring diverse teams together and align them around a common vision
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of product metrics, player funnels, and A/B testing
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a high level of autonomy and a focus on achieving business objectives
