Position: (Junior) Sales Director Investments - Financial Institutions

Über uns: Wir, DE006 Mercer Deutschland Gmbh, suchen Dich als Unterstützung für unser Wealth Team an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, München, Frankfurt a. M oder auch deutschlandweit als:

Vertriebs- und Projekttätigkeiten: In dieser Position bist du Teil des Investments Team von Mercer und unterstützt den Ausbau unserer Investments Dienstleistungen (Beratung, Tools und Lösungen) für institutionelle Investoren mit Fokus auf non-Pension Institute in Deutschland. Hierzu arbeitest du sowohl mit dem globalen Investment Research als auch mit lokalen Kolleg:innen des Investmentbereichs in Deutschland zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs von Dienstleistungen entlang des gesamten Kapitalanlageprozesses (Strategie, Governance, Implementierung)
  • Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen in für Mercer neuen Kundensegmenten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem hoch motivierten Team, um unser Dienstleistungsspektrum auf die Kundenwünsche anzupassen

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung im Kapitalanlageprozess deutscher Investoren
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk bei institutionellen Investoren im Bereich Versicherungen, Stiftungen, Family Offices oder Banken
  • Spaß an der Beratung und am gemeinsamen Lösen von Herausforderungen in der Kapitalanlage institutioneller Investoren
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Koordination von Experten zum höchstmöglichen Kundennutzen
  • Beratungs- & Vertriebsaffinität sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute deutsche (C1) und englische (C1) Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deine Aufgeschlossene Art und Teamfähigkeit
