About the Role:

Cloover is a rapidly growing startup dedicated to empowering individuals to become part of the sustainable world of tomorrow. As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by analyzing financial models, conducting market research, and preparing materials for capital markets transactions and corporate finance opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

You will assist in building detailed financial models, conduct analysis, and prepare materials for various financial opportunities. Your tasks will include:

  • Financial Analysis: Build detailed financial models covering corporate and project finance scenarios, including modelling energy project returns, investment decisions, and financing options.
  • Market Research: Conduct analysis and prepare materials for capital markets transactions, corporate finance, M&A, and project finance opportunities.
  • Reporting: Assist with the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
  • Financial Statements: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other reports to track the organization's financial health.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sustainable energy and a keen interest in corporate finance and portfolio management. You should have:

  • Relevant Experience: Pre-experience in IB, M&A, Portfolio Management & Corporate Finance.
  • Strong Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a high-performing team, and a proactive approach to achieving exceptional results.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German.
