About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Go-To-Market Programs and drive strategic growth initiatives for ServiceNow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to accelerate sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales enablement programs, training, and content
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive sales productivity
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value propositions
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Measure and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset, with experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with sales enablement programs, training, and content development
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze sales performance data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
