Crisis Resilience Specialist

Deutsche Börse AG is committed to enhancing its crisis management capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a robust organizational crisis management framework.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain crisis management processes, standards, and procedures to ensure the organization's resilience and ability to respond to disruptions.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on crisis management procedures and interdependencies.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in crisis management and incident response.
- Proven experience in crisis management, incident response, or emergency preparedness, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, prioritize tasks, and develop strategic solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks related to crisis management, such as ISO 22301 or ISO 22361.
- Good knowledge and/or previous experience on the following topics would be a plus: operational resilience; IT Infrastructure; IT & Cyber Security.
- Good knowledge of the operational risk profile and business model of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG).
- Fluency in English (German would be desired).
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
