We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Resilience Manager to join our team at Deutsche Börse AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our crisis management capabilities and ensuring business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a robust crisis management framework, including risk assessment, crisis planning, and remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide guidance on crisis management procedures and interdependencies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in crisis management and incident response.
- Proven experience in crisis management, incident response, or emergency preparedness, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, prioritize tasks, and develop strategic solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks related to crisis management, such as ISO 22301 or ISO 22361.
- Good knowledge and/or previous experience on operational resilience, IT infrastructure, IT & Cyber Security would be a plus.
- Fluency in English (German would be desired).
