Risk Resilience and Recovery Specialist

Deutsche Börse AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Resilience and Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks that pose significant threats to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for high-consequence events that have the potential to seriously disrupt operations, damage reputations, and destroy shareholder value.
- Identify and assess risks that pose significant threats to the business.
- Prepare documented crisis plans and processes.
- Create remediation activities resulting from tests of plans and enterprise crisis programs.
- Use simulations and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Respond quickly and implement recovery programs.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state, preferably in Management/Economics/Business Administration.
- Interest in financial market infrastructure, processes optimization, and operational risk.
- Good knowledge of the operational risk profile and business model of Deutsche Börse Group.
- Analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks related to crisis management, such as ISO 22301 or ISO 22361, BRRD, CSDR, and EMIR.
- Commitment, motivation, and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, preferably also German.
