We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY GERMANY AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of medium to large-scale projects in the Transformatoren and Reaktoren area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and project team members.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or mechanical engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
