About the Role
- Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Establish strategy, objectives, and priorities for your team, motivating them to take informed risks and develop creative solutions.
- Work closely with C-level partners from our largest strategic customers to emphasize the value of Adobe's digital experience products.
- Use clear metrics and milestones to hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of 5+ years in successfully leading high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with and speaking publicly to C-suite executives.
- Profound knowledge of SaaS industry and digital experience management.
- Strong passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagements.
- Self-starter comfortable initiating and leading a team within a fast-paced environment.
