The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Experience Business in Germany. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Establish strategic objectives and priorities for your team to drive business growth
  • Motivate your team to innovate and take calculated risks to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level partners to drive business value

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills to communicate business value
  • Proficient in SaaS industry and digital experience management
  • Passionate about solution consulting and innovative customer engagements
  • Self-starter with ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
