Are you a seasoned EPM consultant looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business success? We're seeking an EPM Principal Consultant to join our team at Oracle, where you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to clients on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, helping them to identify and address complex business challenges.
  • Lead the design and development of Oracle EPM Cloud architectures, solutions, and integrations that meet client requirements and drive business value.
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagements, including assessments, implementations, upgrades, and migrations to Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and succeed.
  • Develop and manage customer proposals and statements of work, ensuring that our solutions meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Assist in the management of engagements, including project management, budget management, and customer relationship management.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Oracle Certified Expert or Specialist certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises Oracle EPM applications.
  • Experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management applications (Oracle EPBCS or Oracle FCCS).
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Platform Administration.
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or on-premises Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other data integration tools.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in German and English language, with the ability to work in Germany.
