About Oracle

Oracle stands at the forefront of cloud innovation, and we are seeking an EPM Principal Consultant to enhance our EPM team within Oracle Consulting. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and facilitating discussions to uncover gaps and challenges, thereby defining customer EPM requirements and aspirations.
  • Spearhead the design and development of Oracle EPM Cloud architectures, solutions, integrations, and migrations to fulfill customer objectives.
  • Lead and engage in various customer projects, including assessments, implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and migrations to Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Mentor fellow consultants, sharing insights and providing guidance on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Oversee the creation of customer proposals and statements of work.
  • Assist in managing engagements, including project oversight, budget management, and nurturing client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certified Expert or Specialist certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises Oracle EPM applications.
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management applications (such as Oracle EPBCS or Oracle FCCS).
  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud Platform Administration.
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or on-premises Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Must be eligible to work in Germany and fluent in both German and English.
