About the Role
As a Senior Digital Consultant at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation in the gas services central organization. With a strong background in IT consulting, customer management, and project management, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT. Your expertise in requirement analysis, documentation, and communication will enable you to identify and capitalize on innovation opportunities, driving cross-business and cross-location synergy effects.
Your Impact
- You will act as an essential link between colleagues in the Gas Service Central Organization and the central IT organization, ensuring effective cooperation and communication.
- You will identify and address gaps in communication and collaboration among stakeholders, taking proactive measures to resolve them.
- You will analyze customer requirements from a technical and economic perspective, understanding business processes and translating them into IT requirements.
- You will coordinate the introduction or modification of central IT services in business areas, considering the harmonization of the tool landscape.
- You will provide support until implementation, leveraging your expertise in requirement analysis and documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in customer management, demand management, or IT consulting, preferably with a background in project management.
- Strong communication skills, understanding of business processes, and presentation competency.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with negotiation-level proficiency.
