About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team at Siemens Energy in Erlangen, Germany. As a Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d) for Cybersecurity, you will work with a dedicated team on projects covering all aspects of the energy transformation and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity projects in the energy space, supporting our clients in the ongoing transformation of the Energy Sector globally
• Co-lead project acquisitions together with the team lead in Germany
• Develop and shape our cybersecurity-consulting offering
• Develop and coach more junior colleagues and share your experience & skillset with them
• Enjoy an extensive learning curve and coaching by senior colleagues as well as dedicated trainings to boost your career by developing your project and people management skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Completed university degree in the area of a technical or economical field
• Long-term professional experience at a Management Consultancy up to the level of a senior consultant or manager working on Cybersecurity topics and projects, ideally working for clients in the Energy, Utility or Industrial Sectors
• Experience and expertise in Risk Management, Security Assessments, Audits and Compliance
• Knowledge and experience regarding ISO 2700x, BSI, GDPR, COBIT, Data Privacy and NERC CIP is an asset
• Ability to structure & solve complex problems and have a proven track record in leading cross-functional project streams
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and have excellent communication skills proven in diverse environments
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
