Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee and ensure the completion of assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in independently managing construction sites for large projects with a focus on refrigeration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the completion of assembly projects
  • Conduct construction meetings with clients and subcontractors
  • Supervise assembly personnel, subcontractors, and external companies regarding tasks related to content, quality, and deadlines
  • Handle all construction site correspondence
  • Measure and verify
  • Enforce and monitor compliance with all legal regulations related to occupational safety, quality, and environmental aspects

Requirements:

  • Completed training in refrigeration technology or a related field
  • Experience in independently managing construction sites for large projects with a focus on refrigeration
  • Alternatively, experience in technical building equipment with a focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation technology
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (national and European)
