Job Summary
The Site Manager is a critical role within the Nordex Group, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This position requires a strong leader who can manage site activities, teams, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site management plans to ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractor and supplier management, to meet project objectives.
- Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in site management, preferably in the wind industry or a similar sector.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel as required to support project activities.
