We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee our extensive array of projects within the realm of specialized deep construction. With a workforce exceeding 550, BEMO Tunnelling is engaged in diverse sectors including tunnel construction, civil engineering, industrial and steel construction, special foundation engineering, mining, and structural maintenance. Our commitment to excellence is supported by advanced measurement and machinery technology, along with a proficient technical office, making our employees our most valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction sites focusing on contractual, economic, and technical aspects
- Engage with clients, negotiate terms, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Document site activities, prepare comprehensive reports, and plan workforce allocation
- Assist in cost estimation, project preparation, and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in managing construction sites, ideally in special foundation engineering, with familiarity in various construction estimation software
- Strong technical acumen and collaborative skills are preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, with fluency in German and English
