Position: PC Support Specialist (m/f/d) Onsite SupportKey Responsibilities:
- Supporting IT customer infrastructures related to end devices, hardware, and printers
- Onsite error analysis and resolution, as well as rollout support
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software via remote or onsite support
- Technical escalation management and assistance in the IT Service Desk or Helpdesk
- Maintaining documentation and streamlining processes
- Technical vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as IT System Integration Specialist, IT System Technician, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, etc.
- Minimum of five years of work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of current client and server operating systems in the Windows environment
- Proficiency in German and ideally English
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Tariff-bound contract
- Fixed monthly salary including above-average pay
