Verantwortlichkeiten- Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen mit modernen Open Source Frameworks und Tools wie J2E, Microservices, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes (Openshift ist ein Pluspunkt)
- Design und Umsetzung von innovativen Features in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktbesitzern, Business Analysten und anderen Stakeholdern
- Aufbau und Führung eines Entwicklerteams
- Coaching von Teammitgliedern und Juniorentwicklern
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards
- Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und Dokumentationen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Java-Entwickler und tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Frameworks wie Kubernetes (Openshift ist ein Plus), dem JEE-Ökosystem sowie relationalen (Oracle) und NoSQL-Datenbanken (MongoDB)
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit Entwicklungsumgebungen wie Maven, Git/Subversion und Jenkins
- Vertrautheit mit Konzepten wie DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Clean Code, TDD und agilen Methoden und Entwicklungsumgebungen
- Hohe Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten in Kombination mit ausgeprägten Führungsqualitäten
- Sehr gute Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
