About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Potsdam, Germany. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will be responsible for developing integration modules to AI extension services and helping to secure and enhance the usage of Large Language Models for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integration modules to AI extension services
  • Help secure and enhance the usage of Large Language Models for our customers
  • Collaborate closely with other teams from our unit to deliver a homogenous AI experience to all our customers

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge in Python
  • Extensive experience with object-oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms
  • Strong experience in mentoring junior engineers
  • Understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models
  • Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience

Nice to Have

  • Good German skills
  • General knowledge of AI models, training and/or fine tuning, grounding, and inferencing
