Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Nachhaltigkeitsmanager für unsere Abteilung Sustainability Services. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien für unsere Kunden beteiligt sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Projektverantwortung für die Beratung und Prüfung von Kunden in Themenbereichen wie der EU-Taxonomie für Sustainable Finance, Klima oder Menschenrechte.
  • Der Dialog mit Entscheidungsträgern relevanter Fachbereiche zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Themen wie Nachhaltigkeits-KPI und Ziele, übergreifende Organisationsstrukturen oder aufkommende gesetzliche Anforderungen wie das Sorgfaltspflichtengesetz.
  • Die Integration von Nachhaltigkeit in Corporate Governance-Systemen und die Gestaltung von Prozessen zur Steuerung und Berichterstattung nichtfinanzieller Themen.
  • Die Produktentwicklung und die Verantwortung für die Neukundengewinnung.
Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Prüfung und Beratung zu Nachhaltigkeit mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung.
  • Eine Ausbildung in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Ein bestandenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen ist von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Teamführung.
  • Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, nichtfinanzielle Informationen, Prüfungsmethoden, komplexe Aufgaben und den Vertrieb.
  • Ein sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und Mobilität.
