Client Success Implementation Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the implementation expert to onboard clients and effectively deploy our virtual reality solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and onboarding projects in collaboration with clients.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to evaluate and prepare facilities, network infrastructure, and hardware for virtual reality technology utilization.
  • Provide training to key client personnel on the effective use of virtual reality technology, either remotely or on-site.
  • Ensure that implemented projects meet or exceed client expectations and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Track and report on the performance of implemented solutions, including usage metrics and client satisfaction.
  • After solutions are implemented and optimized, facilitate the transition to our customer success and support teams to maintain the client relationship.
  • Assist in designing, creating, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the implementation process and its associated documentation and templates.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in implementing SaaS/digital solutions, customer success, customer onboarding, or project management for B2B clients.
  • Experience in SaaS, consulting (1st or 2nd tier), or IT/digital environments.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Highly reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments and manage relationships in diverse settings.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits, training, and implementations as project needs dictate.
