Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our managed security services. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales Enablement: Prepare and present our technical approach during meetings with prospects and clients, showcasing the value of our managed security services.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop compelling proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), ensuring we meet the needs of our clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their cyber security goals.
  • Service Demos and Workshops: Deliver engaging service demos and workshops, demonstrating the business value of our managed security services.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate complex customer requirements into actionable solutions, working closely with our engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between our sales and engineering teams, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, CSM or technical consultant role, preferably in the cyber security industry.
  • Strong ability to find solutions based on abstract data and information.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft, Elastic and Palo Alto stack is an advantage.
  • Sales mindset and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Eligibility for a NATO clearance.
