Order Processing Assistant

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase2Pay Tool, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase2Pay Tool, including processing purchase requisitions, creating and tracking purchase orders, and responding to internal and external stakeholders.
- Onboard new employees in procurement processes and provide training as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the EMEA Central Purchasing Inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal functional departments to resolve ordering process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data and ensure compliance with delivery dates.
- Monitor and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Requirements:
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and order management software (training will be provided).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of orders efficiently.
- Good command of both German and English, at a minimum B2 level.
