With a strong presence in the market, we have expanded to 10 hotels and are set to open three more in the coming years.

Receptionist Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Axel Hotel Berlin. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation
  • Be available for rotating shifts
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a similar hotel category
  • High level of English proficiency, with German highly valued
  • Other languages a plus
  • Experience with Tresipro/Ulyses Cloud system an asset
