Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled European Legal Associate to join our team at Goodcang Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chinese and EU law, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced legal professional to take on a key role within our organization. As a European Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our business stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily legal support to Group companies in Europe, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting business-related legal research, and maintaining legal inventory management systems.
  • Assist in handling arbitration and dispute resolution matters, ensuring compliance with relevant EU laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain corporate governance information for EU subsidiaries, ensuring registration information is up-to-date.
  • Consult and advise business departments on regulatory instructions and translate complex legal concepts into plain language.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese, with proficiency in official languages of EU member states a plus.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in law firms or similar roles, preferably with corporate legal adviser experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong service orientation, commercial awareness, and excellent negotiation skills.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
