Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our international rail electrification projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage international project teams to deliver high-value rail electrification projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, authorities, and consortium partners
  • Manage project risks and opportunities, ensuring entrepreneurial success
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and customers

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on rail electrification
  • Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PDIR level or IPMA A-Level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a global environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time
