We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Air and Ocean department to drive customer acquisition and retention in the international freight market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities worldwide and develop existing customer relationships
- Advise and support our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and presenting our services effectively
- Create and negotiate offers
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal departments
Requirements:
- Commercial education or degree in Logistics
- Proven experience in a comparable position, particularly in the sea freight sector
- Knowledge of the international freight market and basic knowledge of customs formalities
- Excellent customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Creativity and strong closing skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and basic knowledge of business administration
- Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
