Job Title: Global Talent Manager

Simon-Kucher is seeking an experienced Global Talent Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in implementing our talent management strategy and supporting the growth of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support business growth objectives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and provide guidance on creating integrated structures
  • Partner with local HR to operationally execute high-impact talent management practices
  • Advise internal stakeholders on talent strategy solutions and best practices
  • Provide training on performance management and development processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HRM, or organizational psychology
  • Over 6 years of experience in talent management in a complex global matrix organization
  • Proven ability to drive annual performance review processes
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proven experience with common performance management tools and software
